For our fast growing Software-as-a-Service solution we are looking for motivated as well as talented people to work with us in the role of Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) to further shape our success story. As part of our Customer Success team our goal, to maintain long lasting effective customer relations, and your personal development will be the focus of your daily work.


Customer experience and retention is in our company's DNA. You will empower our mid-market clients to become experts in that field and to leverage our platform benefits to achieve their desired results: Boosting customer retention, growth and profitability. Through various forms of customer interactions, such as consultations, workshops and community-events you will nurture long lasting customer relationships. You are vital for the health of our SaaS business.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You are the direct contact person for companies to improve their customer retention
  • You proactively support the customer in the technical integration of zenloop and are available for product questions
  • You advise companies on how to fully exploit the potential of zenloop and generate maximum added value for your customers
  • You ensure lasting relationships with medium and large business customers
  • You will take care of contract management for renewals, renegotiations including cross-selling and upselling
  • You represent zenloop at conferences, trade fairs and industry events

  • Have 2 years (best case) of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Have an affinity for IT systems
