For our fast growing Software-as-a-Service solution we are looking for a motivated as well as talented person to work with us in the role of a Product Analyst and Operations Manager (f/m/d) to further shape our success story. As part of our Product Team you’ll be responsible for gathering and analysing data to not only inform strategic product decisions but also help our users. By defining and owning product related data and deriving KPIs from that, you will connect product features with business outcomes.
You make sure that we have an excellent documentation of our product data and you conduct workshops around it.
By frequently publishing product data reports, giving evaluations and monitoring our competitors, you'll provide intelligence to inform our product decisions.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You’ll be responsible for setting up a system of tools and processes which connect data coming from software development, user behavior and business outcomes
  • You’ll find untapped growth opportunities
  • Define and narrow down product related data and make use of the given analytic tools (Google Analytics, hotjar, Tableau)
  • You'll establish processes which integrate product data into product decisions at the “voice of the customer” event in which you serve as an expert for product data
  • You are responsible for creating documentation and conducting workshops on product data as well as owning the reporting of product related data 
  • You'll define product related KPIs and establish criteria which inform decisions at the product planning event
  • You'll create best practices guides
  • You become the product manager for customer-facing analytics topics: create reports which are relevant for customers
  • You are an ambassador for all data related topics in regards to product

Your Profile

You're the right person for us if you... 

  • Are positive and can meet challenges with a smile
  • Can implement projects quickly and deliver results
  • Have relevant work experience in Product Operations or Product Management and several of them in a B2B Software/Software as a Service environment
  • If the time difference from your location to the Berlin office is no more than one hour (This is an absolute must have condition, because we want to guarantee a smooth teamwork)
  • Love crunching numbers and have an eye for detail
  • Demonstrate high quality in your work and set standards with us by outgrowing yourself
  • Have very strong communication skills and are fluent in business English
  • Want to learn and grow together as a team to reach the next level
  • Are able to work independent, thrive in fast paced environments and enjoy having the freedom to decide what are relevant topics for our business
  • Having experience implementing an embedded solution is a bonus
